One of the great features of GoldMine is the ability to customize it for different industries and companies. The most recent version of GoldMine took this even further with the ability to implement "Record Typing" which allows you to store multiple types of contacts or records (clients, prospects, vendors, etc.) each with their own view displaying only the fields important to that type of record.
